Griddl is a software product developed and provided by Tyler Anderson, a sole proprietor in California, United States. These terms identify the provider of Griddl and explain this website, the trial and purchase options. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tyler Anderson.
Business owner and software provider
Tyler Anderson is the business owner, developer and software licensor. Griddl is the name of the software product. Tyler Anderson operates as an individual sole proprietor in California, United States.
Website and interactive demo
The interactive demo uses simulated windows and content to demonstrate spatial movement; it is not the Griddl application and does not move real Mac windows. Viewing this site or a demo does not grant a software license. Download and purchase availability is shown on this site.
Free trial
The production app offers a 14-day trial that starts when you first open the Grid after setup. The trial does not require an account or payment card and does not automatically become a paid purchase. Continued use after the trial requires a license.
Purchases and updates
A Griddl Personal License includes permanent use of versions covered by your license and one year of updates. You can choose a one-time purchase or optional annual update renewals at checkout. Annual renewals recur until canceled; canceling future renewals does not remove your right to use already covered versions. Future macOS compatibility is not guaranteed.
The initial purchase is $24.99 USD for either option, before applicable taxes. Pay once has no automatic renewal; additional updates are available at the price offered when you purchase them.
Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Its buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Review the selected option, total price, taxes and any renewal schedule before paying. Tyler Anderson provides the Griddl software and product support.
Annual updates and the 2026 launch offer
Annual subscriptions purchased by December 31, 2026, Pacific time cost $24.99 initially, then renew automatically at $14.99 USD per year, before applicable taxes. The $14.99 base renewal price is locked in while the subscription remains continuously active, including renewals in 2027 and later.
The launch offer ends January 1, 2027 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific time (08:00 UTC). Eligibility depends on completing the initial annual purchase before that instant; starting a trial or opening checkout does not reserve the rate. New annual subscriptions from January 1, 2027 cost $24.99 initially and renew at $19.99 USD per year, before applicable taxes.
Canceling stops future renewals; your paid update coverage continues until its stated end date. Resuming before your paid subscription expires preserves your renewal rate. Payment retries alone do not end the price lock. If your subscription expires, the locked rate ends and rejoining requires a new purchase at the full initial purchase price and renewal rate offered when you return. You can keep using your already covered versions without purchasing again.
14-day refund policy
If Griddl isn’t right for you, contact tyler@griddl.app within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, annual update renewal or one-time update purchase for a full refund of that charge. A refund of the initial purchase includes any setup fee. Include your order number or purchase email. The refund window starts on the charge date, whether or not you used the free trial. You do not need to prove a defect or complete troubleshooting to request a refund within this window.
Requests received after 14 days are reviewed individually. Canceling annual updates stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptable use and ownership
Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful material or attempt unauthorized access. Griddl’s original software, site content and branding are owned by Tyler Anderson. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable notices.
